What are your names and how long have you been clients of MDM Wealth?

Rob  

Hi, my name’s Rob and this is my wife, Jane. We’ve been clients of MDM Wealth for eight years, and we’re looked after by Dan.

Why did you get in touch with MDM Wealth?

Jane  

The reason we got in touch with MDM Wealth is that we were both looking to retire. I was going to retire first, and we wanted to know how that was going to pan out. We also had savings and weren’t quite sure what would be the best thing to do with them. So, we just needed some advice as to the best way forward for us. 

How did you find MDM Wealth?

Jane  

We heard about MDM Wealth from a good friend of ours in the village. They recommended them because they had been using them and were family friends. We trusted their judgment.

Why did you choose to work with MDM Wealth?

Rob  

We chose MDM Wealth on the basis of the fact that they responded very quickly to come and see us. We sat down, and they explained things in very much a layperson’s way, which made us feel very comfortable. There was a very clear view as to how the finances would be managed and how we would move forward with them. It gave us a great amount of confidence that we could speak their language and they could speak ours.

Over the years, what sorts of things has Daniel helped you with?

Rob  

MDM Wealth have given us security over the years. We try and meet them quite regularly, not every month, but maybe a couple of times a year, just to understand what’s in our pot and what we can spend to maintain a reasonable lifestyle without thinking we’re going to run out of money. Every time we meet them, we come away feeling very confident that we’re in safe hands when it comes to looking after our hard-earned savings.

How do you feel about your financial future due to working with Daniel?

Jane  

Since we’ve been working with Dan, it’s given us both the comfort that we are going to be okay financially, not in the sense that we can go out and spend as much money as we want to spend, but understanding that if we live our lives in a certain way, then we will have enough money to do what we want to do. Everybody’s lifestyles are different, but the money that we have suits our lifestyle, and that’s very comforting to know.

What’s the best thing about working with MDM Wealth?

One of the best things about working with MDM Wealth is the real confidence they give us. When we come out of meetings, we feel like we’ve got a spring in our step. We come away feeling really good about the future, what we can spend, and when we can spend it. It’s a really nice feeling, and quite unusual.

What’s the best piece of advice Daniel has ever given you?

Jane  

The best piece of advice that we’ve been given from Dan is to enjoy our money and spend it. Enjoy spending it doing things that we’ve worked hard for and waited a long time to be able to do.

Would you recommend MDM Wealth to others, and why?

Rob  

I would definitely recommend MDM Wealth and Dan to my friends and family because the way they approach a very complicated financial world gives so much clarity, and they do it in such a way that’s very easy to understand, and makes us feel very, very secure. So, I would definitely recommend them to others.
