Managing Director, Certified & Chartered Financial Planner
Daniel Martin
Personally
Outside work, Dan enjoys spending time with his friends and family, keeping fit and reading.
Importantly
All regulated financial advisers must be authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and possess an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
Dan is an award winning, Certified & Chartered Financial Planner and Managing Director here at MDM Wealth; advising our clients, creating financial plans with a big picture focus and ensuring our clients’ goals and aspirations are at the heart of the work we do.
In 2023, the reins of the company were handed over to Dan, and he became the Managing director. We’re excited to see him utilise his fresh approach and knowledge to drive the company forward.
After achieving a first-class BA Honours degree in Finance and Investment from Coventry University, Dan began training under his dad, Matt; all whilst completing his professional exams.
Dan achieved both Chartered Financial Planner and Certified Financial Planner™ status before the age of 31 — a significant accomplishment that reflects his dedication, expertise, and professionalism. The Certified Financial Planner™ designation is one of the most respected financial planning qualifications globally, and is held by only a very small number of advisers in the UK, underlining the exceptional level of technical knowledge and ethical standards Dan brings to his role.
Dan specialises in investment advice and retirement planning, working closely with client families to help them gain clarity over their current financial position and build a clear, structured plan for the future. His approach is collaborative and personal, providing clients with confidence, peace of mind, and long-term financial security throughout every stage of life.
